Refund Policy

At BuyPak, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We carefully check and pack every order; however, if you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, we are here to help.

Eligibility for Refunds & Exchanges

You may request a refund or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order. To be eligible:

  • The product must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition

  • Original packaging, tags, and accessories must be intact

  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) must be provided

Non-Refundable Items

Refunds or exchanges will not be accepted for:

  • Products damaged due to misuse or mishandling

  • Items returned after 7 days of delivery

  • Products without original packaging

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method

  • Refund processing may take 5–10 working days, depending on the payment provider

Exchange Policy

If you wish to exchange a product due to damage or wrong delivery, we will arrange a replacement subject to stock availability.

Return Shipping

Return shipping instructions will be shared after your refund request is approved. In cases of damaged or incorrect items, return shipping may be covered by Buy Pak.
